Shucom Properties manages apartment communities in the Jacksonville, Florida metropolitan area. Our employees strive to provide the excellent service that our residents deserve. At Shucom, good maintenance is a way of life. We take pride in the attractive appearance and proper working order of our Jacksonville communities. With four full-time, experienced maintenance techs on staff, we are able to respond quickly to maintenance requests. All maintenance requests are tracked by computer to ensure proper and timely completion. We Partner with BFS to provide skilled maintenance on kitchen appliances, heat and air conditioning. BFS guarantees same-day response for urgent maintenance requests when the resident calls by 10:00 am. Miller's Landscape Service provides regular weekly maintenance to keep the lawns and landscaping looking beautiful.

Our business offfice is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 until 5:30. Residents and applicants can call during these hours to speak with a property manager.
